This Privacy Policy explains how we (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application “Solitaire – Card Games” (“App”).
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. About the App
Solitaire – Card Games is a card game based on classic Solitaire gameplay. The game allows users to arrange cards, move cards between tableau and foundation piles, use Draw 1 or Draw 3 modes, track score, moves and playing time, undo moves, and start new games.
The core Solitaire gameplay does not require users to create an account or provide personal information directly.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on the features enabled in the App and the configuration of third-party services, certain information may be collected automatically.
This may include:
- Device or advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID.
- IP address and general device/network information.
- Device model, operating system and app version.
- App interactions, such as app launches, sessions, advertisements or notification interactions.
- Diagnostic, performance and technical information.
- Push notification subscription information and push notification tokens.
- Information about notification permission status.
- Approximate/general location that may be inferred from technical information such as IP address.
- Analytics information about how users interact with the App.
- Information voluntarily provided by the user if a future feature allows such information to be submitted.
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial information, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings or precise location through the permissions listed for the current version of the App.
3. Permissions Used by the App
The App currently uses the following Android permissions:
INTERNET
This permission allows the App and its integrated services to communicate with their servers. It may be required for advertising, analytics, push notifications, app updates and other online services.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
This permission allows the App to determine whether a network connection is available. It can be used to help online services such as advertisements, analytics and notifications operate appropriately.
AD_ID
The App declares the Android Advertising ID permission because it uses advertising-related services. The advertising SDK may use advertising or device identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes, subject to applicable settings and consent mechanisms.
4. Advertising
The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically process information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device/account identifiers for purposes including advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
Advertising data may be processed by Google and its service providers in accordance with their applicable privacy practices.
Where required, the App may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to provide users with privacy choices and consent options for personalized advertising and related data processing.
You can manage certain advertising and privacy controls through your Android device settings and, where provided, the privacy choices presented within the App.

5. Analytics
The App may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App and to improve stability, performance and functionality.
Analytics may collect information such as:
- App launches and sessions.
- App interactions and events.
- Device and app information.
- Approximate/general geographic information where applicable.
- Diagnostic and performance information.
Analytics information is used to understand usage patterns, improve the App and identify technical problems.
Google Analytics can automatically log certain events and user properties depending on the configuration of the Firebase service.
6. Push Notifications
The App uses OneSignal to provide and manage push notifications.
If push notifications are enabled, OneSignal may process information such as:
- Push notification subscription information.
- Push tokens.
- Device model and operating system.
- App version.
- Notification permission status.
- Session and app usage information.
- Device language and timezone.
- Notification interaction information.
Push notifications may be used to provide game-related announcements, updates, reminders, promotional information or other messages associated with the App.
You can disable push notifications through your Android device’s notification settings.
If the App requests notification permission, you may choose whether to grant or deny that permission.
7. Firebase Services
The App may use Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and other Firebase components included in the application.
If a Firebase feature is enabled and used by the App, information may be processed according to the purpose of that feature. For example, Firebase Analytics may process app usage and interaction information.
The App also includes the Firebase AI SDK. If AI functionality is actually enabled and used in the App, information submitted to that functionality may be processed by the applicable Firebase/Google AI services to provide the requested functionality.
If a particular Firebase SDK is included in the application but is not used to collect or process user information, that service will not be treated as an active data-collection feature solely because its library is present in the application.
8. How We Use Information
Information processed through the App and its third-party services may be used to:
- Provide and maintain the App.
- Display and measure advertisements.
- Provide personalized or non-personalized advertising where permitted.
- Understand App usage and improve gameplay and user experience.
- Analyze performance and technical problems.
- Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Deliver push notifications.
- Measure notification engagement.
- Provide requested online features.
- Maintain and improve the reliability of third-party services.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not use information for purposes incompatible with those described in this Privacy Policy.
9. Data Sharing and Third-Party Service Providers
We may share or permit access to relevant information with third-party service providers that support the operation of the App.
These services may include:
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob — advertising, measurement and fraud prevention.
- Google Analytics for Firebase — analytics and app usage measurement.
- Google Firebase services — application infrastructure and other enabled Firebase functionality.
- OneSignal — push notification delivery and notification management.
- Google Play services — Android and Google service functionality.
These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
We do not sell your personal information ourselves.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App and use reputable third-party service providers to provide advertising, analytics, notification and infrastructure services.
Information transmitted by supported third-party services may be protected using encryption during transmission.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide the App and its services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and protect our rights.
Retention periods for information processed by third-party services may be determined by those service providers according to their respective policies and configurations.
12. Children’s Privacy
Solitaire – Card Games is a general-purpose entertainment application.
We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly through the App.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in a manner that violates applicable law, please contact us using the information provided below so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
If the App is later configured or marketed as directed to children, its advertising, SDKs, data practices and Google Play configuration will be reviewed and updated as required by applicable Google Play Families policies and privacy laws.
13. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information processed through the App, including rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain information.
You may also:
- Disable advertising identifiers or manage advertising settings through Android settings.
- Manage notification permissions through Android settings.
- Use privacy or consent controls presented by the App.
- Contact us regarding questions or requests concerning your information.
Some information is processed directly by third-party service providers, and requests concerning such information may also be subject to those providers’ procedures.
14. Account Deletion
The current version of Solitaire – Card Games does not require users to create an account to play the game.
Because there is no user account system in the current version, there is no in-app account deletion process.
If a future version introduces account creation, we will provide an appropriate account and associated-data deletion mechanism and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
15. Third-Party Privacy Policies
Third-party services used by the App operate under their own privacy policies. Users are encouraged to review the privacy practices of the relevant service providers.
Examples include Google’s privacy and advertising services, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play services and OneSignal.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements or our privacy practices.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
